I live in Boston & my 21 year old brother, mom & pappa want to move to cali. I’m seeking a location where there are many spanish/asain teens that dress. i don’t wish to explain is as this, but, “vintage” or “tumblr” i hate utilizing the expressions however that’s the only method to describe it. Also a place around LA where there are numerous things to do. Even a location where the homes aren’t too pricey, around $ 300,000 but where there are really good highschools. I actually need assistance, please!

$ 300,000 generally will not get you a house in a location where the schools are really good. Possibly in Torrance you could locate a small residence at that price, soso community, and the schools are usually decent, and assorted. This type of question generally elicits rather harsh answers. I think it’s because kids will say that their parents (or family) wants to move to SoCal, when it’s really the kids themselves. And the other dead giveaway is the request to move to some magical area where the kids are all like you. Usually, I post some smart@$ $ remark about such a house being in a town called “Fantasyland”.
Here’s the deal: When adults want to move, they contact real estate agents. When kids want to move, they post questions like this on Yahoo Answers or ChaCha. The very nature of the questions indicate who is really asking.
You’ll find, if you do any research on SoCal real estate, that the average price of a 3BR house in a decent section of LA is still close to $ 500,000. And anywhere in LA or OC has MANY things to do. If you’re serious about moving here, your parents should already be looking at greatschools.org and neighborhoodscout.com.

Well, Los Angeles is a large place and very different from Boston. There are lots of different areas but I can’t think of any where the kids dress drastically different in vintage clothing. There are tons of things to do in L.A. and they’re all over the city. Unfortunately, real estate is very expensive everywhere and only a real estate agent could advise you on where the best buys for houses would be. There a good schools all over L.A. ranging from public to private religious schools. You would go to school in the district in which you live.

Cali is nowhere near Los Angeles. Cali is about 3,000 miles away from Los Angeles down in Colombia, which is in South America.
Second, it’s nearly impossible to get a house for $ 300,000 unless you live in the Santa Clarita area (which is about a half an hour away to an hour away from downtown LA depending on traffic.) For $ 300,000, it’s usually condos or, in rare cases, extremely small land with houses that are in desperate needs of repair.
Third, there is no special area for these kinds of kids that you want to encounter. It’s not like they’re being quarantined and are forced to live in this special area made just for them.
Finally, it doesn’t matter what I say. In fact, it doesn’t matter what you say. Your parents make the final decision as to where they want to move. Not you. You can make the decision once you turn 18, and are able to legally bind into a contract.
